How long will a Flowercard last?
Every Flowercard is made with fresh flowers. You can enjoy their beauty for up to 2 weeks depending on flower types and time of year. Our patented watering device (actually, it's a pipette!) lets you add water to keep them looking lovely for a little longer, you must break through the clear stretch plastic that we use to seal the florist's foam and ensure it is soaked thoroughly. We do not advise watering as card, boxes and tins are not waterproof, just designed to create a pretty framework for our pre-soaked sealed arrangements that you can refresh with the pipette provided.
How do I care for a Gift Plant?
We have now introduced beautiful fresh plants into our collection which can be removed from their keepsake tin and enjoyed long after the special occasion. To keep rose plants and calla lilies looking their best, avoid placing in direct sunlight or near a heat source. Both thrive in moist soil, but take care not to over water. For orchid plants, mist leaves rather than the flowers, and add a drop of rainwater to roots weekly. They are happiest of all out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources. You may also be required to top up soil or replant. Please note that tins are Flowertins and Gift Plant tins are not waterproof so care must be taken. We recommend you place on a protective surface. Also note that colours of all plants will vary and may not match those shown on the website.
How do I care for a Trug or Planter?
Our trugs and planters are hand filled with lots of flowers so they require a little more water to keep them looking in tip top condition. Please thoroughly soak the florist's foam. Please note that trugs and planters are not waterproof so care must be taken. We recommend you place on a protective surface.
How do I care for a Bouquet?
We have recently brought back a collection of our stunning hand-pieced bouquets. To get the most from the fresh arrangements, pop out of the presentation box and trim approximately 2cm from each stem. Place in a vase of fresh water and add the flower food provided to make your display look its best for longer.
In the event of requiring a refund, your request will be processed and the due amount will reflect in your account within 5-7 working days (this varies from bank to bank).
