Terms & conditions of entry to Flowercard’s Easter Weekend Instagram Giveaway

1. The promoter is: All Things Floral Ltd, The Melting Pot, 15 Calton Road, Edinburgh, Scotland, EH8 8DL Registered No. SC748009
2. The competition is open to residents of the United Kingdom aged 18 years or over, except employees of Flowercard and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organisation or judging of the competition.
3. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
4. Route to entry for the competition and details of how to enter are via Instagram.
5. Closing date for entry will be Monday 10th April 2023 at 11.59pm. After this date, no further entries to the competition will be counted.
6. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
7. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows: Entrants must follow @flowercard.co.uk on Instagram. Entrants must correctly answer the riddle in the comments to count as an entry.
8. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.
9. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
10. 3 prizes will be given away on Instagram. Entrants cannot win more than one prize. The 3 prizes will sit at different levels as following: 1st winner: FlowerChurn with chocolate selection. 2nd winner: FlowerBox with chocolate selection. 3rd winner: Gatefold Flowercard with chocolate selection
11. The prize will be selected by the winner from Flowercards website. The prize is as stated here and no cash or other alternatives will be offered.
12. The prize is not transferable and is subject to availability. Flowercard reserves the right to substitute the prize with another of equivalent value without notice.
13. The prize must be chosen by the winner which will be a product of their choice based on availability.
14. The prize will be delivered to one UK mainland address, on an agreed date - free of charge to the winner. Should the winner cancel or need to rearrange the delivery for any reason - a redelivery can be arranged at the expense of the winner.
15. One winner will be chosen at random by Instagram CommentPicker, from all entries received and verified by Promoter on Tuesday 11th March 2023.
16. The winners will be notified via Instagram DM from @flowercard.co.uk within 48 hours of the closing date. If the winner can not be contacted or does not claim the prize within 3 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.
17. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
18. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by English law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England.
19. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
20. Entry into the competition will be deemed as acceptance of these terms and conditions.
