A fresh approach to personalised floral gifts for Mother's Day 2015

Thanks to your ideas and feedback we’ve made some refreshing changes to our flowers, our cards and our whole look.

Working with some of Britain’s most talented stylists, designers, florists and artists we’ve created fresh and fabulous new personalised cards and gifts including handcrafted chocolates, updated best sellers and online exclusives. All designed to say ‘thinking of you’ like no other gift can. Founded in Guernsey in 2000, now UK based we first became famous for our hand-arranged posies, perfectly presented in print-to-order personalised cards and delivered in pretty presentation boxes. After 15 years as the original creators of FlowerCards, we thought it time to update our image to create personalised gifts for flower-lovers of all ages, for sending birthday wishes, anniversary greetings and thank you notes with serious style.

The beautiful new brand design, featuring bespoke floral illustrations in eye-catching buttermilk and cornflower blue, came out of research with our loyal customers and flora gifters, helping us to understand what customers want.

Graham Winn, co-owner explains, ‘we knew from our customers’ feedback that certain ladies loved our product. We wanted to know more about the emotional side of buying a FlowerCard and what makes the perfect gift.’

The insights clearly showed it really is the ‘thought that counts’ for those who want to send a special, heartfelt gift that creates a truly memorable moment for the lucky recipient when they open it.

‘We had 1000 survey responses from our customer-base. A truly unprecedented number! Their feedback was excellent. Our customers love the uniqueness of a fresh, floral gift within a card that carries their personalised message. It’s a high impact gift that is really easy to order online.’

‘Customers simply wanted more choice too. So we’ve worked with leading British artists, graphic designers, florists and stylists to come up with new card designs, for more occasions and with more arrangements, colours and flowers to choose from.’

‘We’ve got new signature styles, including everything from vintage, floral and nature inspired designs, through to more contemporary graphics. Plus there are new card shapes that really show the flowers off, and new super-luxury outer packaging in the new brand colours.’

Research also showed us that customers wanted other personalised products. In response to this demand, we are now including delicious handmade chocolate selections, presented in personalised, flower-inspired keepsake tins. Just another way to say ‘thinking of you.’
