Flowercard Competition Terms & Conditions

Promoter Details

The promoter is FLORAL GIFTS LTD, trading as Flowercard, registered at 272 Bath Street, Glasgow, Scotland, G2 4JR.

Eligibility

• Open to UK residents aged 18 or over.
• Employees of FLORAL GIFTS LTD, their immediate families, or anyone professionally associated with the promotion are excluded.

Entry Requirements

• No purchase necessary.
• Entry methods will be specified per competition (e.g., liking a post, tagging a friend, completing a form).
• Only one entry per person unless stated otherwise.

Competition Period

• Each competition will have a defined start and end date, clearly stated in the promotional material.
• Entries received outside this period will not be considered.

Prizes

• Details of the prize(s) will be specified in the competition announcement.
• Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and no cash alternatives will be offered.
• Flowercard reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if necessary.

Winner Selection and Notification

• Winners will be selected at random from all valid entries.
• Winners will be notified via the platform used for entry within 7 days of the competition closing.
• If a winner does not respond within 14 days of notification, Flowercard reserves the right to select an alternative winner.

• Winners may be asked to participate in publicity related to the competition, including the use of their name and image in promotional material.

Limitation of Liability

• To the fullest extent permitted by law, Flowercard shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from participation in the competition or acceptance of the prize.

• Flowercard reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of unforeseen circumstances.
• By entering the competition, participants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• These terms and conditions are governed by Scottish law, and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Scottish courts.
