Summer Garden Competition Terms and Conditions
No purchase necessary. Nominations must be resident in the UK. Closing date August 25th 2010. Winners will be contacted within 28 days. The competition is open to UK and Eire residents only, excluding employees of Flowercard. Winners may be required to participate in publicity. Flowercard reserves the right to terminate, amend or extend the promotion in wholly exceptional circumstances outside its control. All entries will be judged by a panel of judges. Flowercard's decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into. In the event that Flowercard is unable to contact the winners after using reasonable endeavours, they shall be entitled to select an alternative winning entry and the original winner's entitlement to the prize shall lapse. Flowercard reserves the right to feature the name, photograph and location of the winner in future promotions. By entering the competition all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions.
